Here's a tuna recipe that any restaurant would be jealous of and so easy to make that you'll impress your friends and family!

Ingredients: Bagel-Spice-Crusted-Yellowfin-Tuna
Two 6-8 ounce yellowfin tuna steaks
 
Marinade:
4 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon hot sesame oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder or fresh crushed garlic

Directions:
1. Stir together marinade and marinate the tuna steaks for up to 1 hour maximum. Discard marinade when done.
2. Pour several tablespoons of Bagel Spice Original Recipe onto a flat plate.
3. Place the tuna steaks into the Bagel Spice and pat the steaks on all sides to make sure Bagel Spice sticks. 
4. Heat a non-stick saute pan with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil until nice and hot.
5. Sear tuna on high and reduce heat, cook for 5 minutes per side for medium doneness.
Let tuna rest while you plate the rest of your meal.

Serve Bagel Spice Crusted Tuna with rice and green vegetables.
